Shipping Time & Costs

Delivery usually takes place in 3/4 days and shipping costs will be calculated when ordering, depending on your Country. The shipping methods offered are "traceable" and can be constantly followed during the various stages of the shipment. Orders are normally shipped the next business day after the order is placed. Shipments within the EU can take over 7 working days. Shipments to non-EU countries can take over 2 weeks.

1. 1. It is not possible to assume any responsibility for any losses incurred by the customer or the recipient, in terms of non-refundable transport costs and / or additional costs for the delivery of the goods or for the replacement of this.

1. In the event that you receive an incorrect, damaged or non-compliant item, please contact us by or e-mail within three days of receiving your order, preferably with a photograph of the package and its contents.

1. It is not possible to assume any responsibility for any missing goods inside a package, if the same is present in the DDT (transport document) and in the commercial document.

Refunds are possible by the shipper only after sending and email to blindingsunriseband@gmail.com and after approving the refund.
